Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

During holiday seasons or promotional events, we may extend the return window, and this will be clearly indicated on product pages.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.

Fragile items (such as ceramic tableware, glassware, or cookware with coatings) must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue or shipping error.
Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same product in a different size, color, or variant, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, you must first submit a return request. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement product if available.

If the requested replacement is out of stock, you may choose a refund or wait for restock.

Shipping costs: If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover all shipping costs. For voluntary exchanges (e.g., customer changes mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping, and a new shipping fee will apply for the replacement.
Restocking Fee

For voluntary returns (not caused by product defect or our error), a restocking fee of 15% of the product price will apply.

The restocking fee covers inspection, cleaning, and repackaging costs.

Restocking fees do not apply to defective items or incorrect shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

For fragile products such as cookware, tableware, or home décor items, please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Processing Times

Return requests will be reviewed within 1–2 business days after you contact us.

Once we receive your returned package, inspection will take 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after approval, returned via the original payment method (PayPal only).

Exchanges will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Return Shipping Costs

Customer’s responsibility: For voluntary returns or exchanges (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our responsibility: For defective items, damaged items, or incorrect shipments, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
Refund Amount
Refunds will include the product price (minus restocking fee and shipping costs, if applicable). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
Product-Specific Considerations

Cookware and tableware that have been used or come into direct contact with food cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns, unless defective.

Home décor items must be returned in new condition, free from scratches, stains, or wear.

For bundled sets (e.g., cookware or tableware sets), all items in the set must be returned together to qualify for a full refund. Partial set returns may not be accepted or may be refunded at a reduced value.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

We will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Pack the item securely, ideally using the original packaging, and include the RMA number inside the package.
